Mathews Mumba born in the 90’s popularly known as ‘Dayostar’ is Zambia’s young male uprising and talented music artist and producer based in the Eastern Province-Chipata. He embarked on his musical journey in 2009 since then his passion for music as grown bigger, better and stronger.

Dayostar has done numerous hit songs both solo and featuring big musical giants. Some of his hit songs that took over airplay on most Zambia’s prominent radio stations and club speakers were/are;

-“Favour” a solo track.

-“Good Woman” a solo track.

-“Kidoko Kidoko” featuring Zambia’s music superstar Drimz

-“Nkhuku Dance” featuring  Zambia’s music superstar Chimzie Kelly

-“Pa Zero” featuring Malawi’s music superstar Wikise.

He’s currently signed under High Levels 8520 music studios owned by Chimzie Kelly as a music producer and artist. The music future for Dayostar is bright and he’s definitely the next big music artist in Zambia.
